BUT the good thing is that I am already down 6 lbs and Im feeling real beast like when I’m in the box. yes i said Box CF( Crossfit) is not called a gym. Dont ask me why. Also we have a BADDDD Yoga Teacher. I love her! Unless shes making me do chatarungas every 5 minutes when im tired and stuff! Poor people cant be fit?
