Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Participate in Treatment Studies. About the Aphasia Rehab Lab. Research in this lab is focused on the optimization of aphasia rehabilitation. Specifically, we are looking at how clinicians can manipulate the neuroplastic response to treatment for the best possible language outcomes. Monday, May 18, 2015. Steps Consulting Secure Telehealth Portal. Our aphasia products can be telehealth enabled, allowing detailed results to be sent to the clinician, and exercise updates to be sent back to the client. The results and usage data are securely stored on our portal, and are available to clinicians for analysis and reporting. Management reports can be viewed for an entire PCT, to allow visibility of how many clients are receiving therapy, and how each is progressing.

Czasami zastanawiam się, że zła passa kiedyś minie. Czy to jest moja karma, kara, pokuta, czy może coś jeszcze innego. Mój cel oddala się każdego dnia, miesiąca, roku. Momentami zastanawiam się, czy cewnikowanie serca miało sens. Jeżeli bliska Wam osoba ma afazję, nie śmiejcie się z niej. Na początku jest nawet zabawnie, ale na dłuższą metę afazja jest smutna. Nigdy się nie poddawaj! Pani na pewno nie dostała udaru w trakcie podróży statkiem niedaleko Afryki, gdzie w lokalnym szpitalu była tylko aspiryna!
