Speakeasy swims the channel! Speakeasy is going to swim the channel this summer - we will collectively swim towards the 1416 lengths - that's 22 miles! Each of our members or supporters will swim as far as they can (in their local pool) and we will keep a record of our virtual progress from 'Calais' to the 'White Cliffs of Dover'. Many of the swimmers are our members who have had a stroke, but we will all do as much as we can. Gill Pearl and Speakeasy: joint recipients of the 2015 Robin Tavistock Award.
