Welcome to the 2012 Tinkleflick Holiday Letter. Well, here we are again! It’s the end of the year and it’s time for the newest holiday letter. In the world of Facebook, Twitter and other such services, our little website does not serve the same purpose that it used to but we decided to maintain it just for our holiday letter. The Louvre (for 15 minutes…it was way too hot in there), the Musee d’Orsay. Musee de l’Orangerie. Napolean’s tomb), the Arc de Triomphe. And, of course, all of the cafes, shops and ...

http://europetrip2013.blogspot.com/2013/07/un.html
Sunday, July 21, 2013. Tomorrow is our big day.after over a year of planning and waiting, we leave for Europe! I just finished packing and am starting to get the pre-flight butterflies, which - since I'm not a fan of flying - will turn into pre-flight. Tasmanian Devils on crack before too long. Be sure to get a good night's sleep tonight and enjoy time with your families since you won't see them for ten days. Can't wait to see you all in the morning and begin the adventure of a lifetime! La Vie En Rose.

http://europetrip2013.blogspot.com/2013/07/au-revoir-paris.html
Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Père Lachaise Cemetery - Paris. Yesterday was our final day in Paris. I will miss my favorite city, but am happy to be coming home to see my two younger children - I miss them! We strolled back through the Tuileries gardens by the Louvre. Now, I have always liked the French, but after seeing this, I think they are freaking genius. I had planned to buy Bill a riding mower one of these days, but now, I think I'll just buy him a goat! Group hug with Larry. We leave our hotel in an ...

Saturday, October 25, 2014. Europe 2014 - Paris. This morning we were up at 6.30am and saying farewell to London. We headed into St Pancras Station ready to catch the Eurostar to Paris. We had a little panic attack when a very loud alarm sounded and we were all told to evacuate immediately. Fortunately it wasn't for too long and was apparently caused by an unattended bag. Or Motel was awesome….I loved it. Ian and I were up in the attic I'm sure. We didn't add a lock but we did sign our name among the tho...
