農学校の実習の日は天気が良い日が多いです。この日もとても良い天気で、ハウスの中は大変な暑さでした。 12304;実習】ハウス管理、収穫. 農学校では「なつのこま」と「なつのしゅん」という二種類の調理用トマトを栽培しています。 この「調理用」なのですが、生食用のものと比べると、硬くて加熱しても崩れにくい特性があります。生で食べるには正直適さないですが（笑）加熱してトマトソースなどにすると、味が深くてとても美味しいです。 調理用トマトは、一般的に整枝をしません。放置なので栽培は楽です（笑）。ただ、あまりにも放置だと、もっさりしすぎて折れちゃったりしますので、たまに見てあげることも重要です（笑）. 来年のために、イチゴを定植します。200株分、ひたすらホーラーで穴を開けます。 イチゴはランナーを伸ばしますので、植え付ける方向が重要です。というのも、花芽が出る方向は、親苗と反対側になります。 まずこちらはゴボウです。深くまで掘って植えたのが功を奏しました。まっすぐ綺麗に出来ています。嬉しいw. 出てしまったものは取って、その上の葉も切り落とします。（ 7/11の記事. その後、黒丸で下をがっちり抑...
