LIVING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HILL: September 2009
http://jdyflygrl.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
LIVING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HILL. Sunday, September 27, 2009. JUST ONE YEAR TO MEDICARE! Today, I turned 64 years of age. I don't feel any older than I did 10 years ago for which I am very thankful. I have been thinking all day about that Paul McCartney song, "When I'm 64". It says: "Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm 64? Age has never bothered me except when I went from 29 to 30. I sure did not want to leave my twenties for some reason. LIVING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HILL. Thursday, May 28, 2009. A VISIT FROM THE LITTLE MAN! TW spent the day with me on Saturday so that mom, Sarah, could visit with her friend who has a new baby. We had a great time. I made him breakfast and found out he loves sausage and had two along with applesauce, biscuits, sorghum and milk. He will not eat eggs! When he does not like or want something, he just says "no" and hands it back to you or pushes it away. Nana's shoes are still too big! Links to this post.

http://balisha-joesbacksurgery.blogspot.com/2010/07/here-it-is-day-before-surgery.html
Balisha's Journal for Joe's Surgery. Monday, July 5, 2010. Here it is the day before surgery. We are as ready as you can be. We both have nervous energy today.doing little things that really don't matter, just to stay busy. Phone calls from friends and family are keeping Joe busy too. What would life be without our friends and family? This will be my last entry until it's all over. I'll post something when I get home tomorrow. Please keep Joe in your prayers.
