Monday, November 25, 2013. Hard work pays off:. The Junior Performing Arts Celebration was so popular, we had to throw in an extra matinee and it was just as successful as the evening concerts. We were rewarded with happy, tired children with increased confidence, and proud audience members. however. Perhaps the most thrilling reward for the participants was an ice-block each after tabloids; bought with the proceeds of the extra matinee concert! Saturday, November 16, 2013. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. We are a Travelwise School. The Mayor Len Brown recently awarded us our Travelwise Board at a special assembly. Everyone enjoys his visits very much. Our kapahaka did a magnificent job and even had an article in the local newspaper complete with a gorgeous close up photo. Keep up the walking, biking and scootering to school - even it is just from being dropped of at the corner of the street or about ten houses away. Thanks must go to Tara, a school Mum, for sending me these photos.

http://bbpsmiddlenews.blogspot.com/2011/06/science-week-celebration.html
BBPS Middle Team Blog. Thursday, June 2, 2011. The Middle School celebrated Science week with a day rotating among the middle school classes learning everything from making 'goo' to eating lava rocks from erupting volcanoes, electrical circuitry and magnetism! In Room 17, with Mrs Howie, we learned that magnets have a North and South pole. We also learned that opposite poles attract and like poles repel. That means they either like each other, or they don't! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
