LABORATORY OF STRUCTURAL BIOINFORMATICS. On proteins and RNA. We are located in the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. At the Faculty of Biology of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. We are involved in theoretical research on nucleic acids and proteins. The current focus is on protein and RNA sequence-structure-function relationships (in particular 3D modeling), large macromolecular complexes, and prediction of potential inhibitors of enzymes from different pathogens.
