Saturday Food Diary | Not Just Nice but Necessary
https://bostonforayear.wordpress.com/2012/07/16/saturday-food-diary
Not Just Nice but Necessary. Back in Boston, Just for a Year. July 16, 2012. Recurring theme of this week: 6:30AM wake-up. Definitely not hungry yet but I can saute that big bag of spinach that’s started to look a little bruised. Just some Earl Grey for now. First, portions of everything go into my lunch containers for Monday and Tuesday. Then I eat a bowl of wilted spinach, pork with mushrooms, and a little bit of white rice. My Pandora stations are all missing their marks this morning. Late night snack...

Tuesday Food Diary | Not Just Nice but Necessary
https://bostonforayear.wordpress.com/2012/07/17/tuesday-food-diary
Not Just Nice but Necessary. Back in Boston, Just for a Year. July 17, 2012. The trouble with cooking food ahead of time to save time is accepting repetitive meals. Sometimes this repetition is broken up by creative “re-cooking” of items (in my case, usually additional pan-frying, new seasonings, and/or topping with fried eggs) but sometimes it’s too damn hot and I don’t even reheat the food thoroughly. Morning: stuffed bitter melons. 1 orange. Lunch: 1.5 bowls of satay cabbage noodles. From → Food.

Not Just Nice but Necessary. Back in Boston, Just for a Year. July 18, 2012. The humidity finally broke today thanks to a thunderstorm that drenched me on the way home. Morning: The last of the satay noodles (finally! Gag) Started on the last box of leftovers from home – brother’s sous vide ribeye and sauteed snow peas. At staff meeting: half a cup of Turkey Hill lemonade, half a cup of unsweetened iced tea. Considered cherries but never got to them. From → Doings. Larr; Tuesday Food Diary. Follow &ldquo...

http://modadimagno.blogspot.com/2008/12/holy-cats-where-have-i-been.html
Thursday, December 11, 2008. Where Have I Been? It's been a little like Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Busy, crazy, holidays bearing down, work, economy, meltdown and cheese. Wha? I'll get there. Starting with the most recent things, I'll work back to Thanksgiving. A necklace ordered by a friend for a dear friend of ours, a passion for baseball (Red Sox baseball) and her beautiful nieces. A re-work of Annie's bracelet incorporating her beloved pooch Maud Bianca. Made this for a customer. Has released th...

Sweet and Sour in Boston. A couple's point of view on all things food in and around Boston. Two separate viewpoints presented in each review. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. 8220;Is Andy there? Tell him we just ate at Bouchon! What is the chronological order of women Batman has hooked up with? Is the chef at the new hot tapas joint really trained by Jose Andres? If you like a particular sports team because you grew up liking them, but couldn’t tell me who your QB even was, why should I scoff at that? Can...
