My ultimate aim in designing and making dresses is best described as A HAPPY DANCER. The dancer has to feel GOOD and SPECIAL in the dress designed to fit her taste and body. There is a lot of input from the dancer about the colour and shape of the dress. Close contact between the dancer and the designer about the fabrics and details in the dress optimise the ultimate result. To find some comments.

I am trained at The Hague Royal Arts Academy where I passed cum laude on designs for special-party dresses. Since my daughter, Esther, has started to dance in solo dresses I have become drawn into designing and making dresses. So actually I am getting back to my starting-point, designing party-dresses. I already have made several dresses to acclaim of both dancers, teachers and parents. For some of their comments.
