Journaling our European Adventures. This is the view just inside the zoo, looking towards the big cats area. The first animals we saw were the flamingos. There were 3 babies. Baby flamingos are a gray color and look very fluffy. The lion was sleeping in a corner. We also saw the back of a sleeping hyena in another enclosure. The meerkats were so much fun to watch.
