Info on Palmer Events Center. We will have a coat check. There is a nice drop off at the front door, via the driveway on the southwest side of the building off of Barton Springs Road. But after passenger dropoff, you need to swing back around and to enter the parking garage. The only entrance to the facility itself is facing Barton Springs. There is an additional parking garage entrance on Riverside. Parking is $8. Directions to Palmer Events Center:. 900 Barton Springs Road. 923 Barton Springs Road.
