Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Fried Rice and Chicken Recipes. 1 In a medium pan, spray/pour EVOO to thinly cover bottom of pan. Red and yellow bell peppers (1/4 - 1/2" long). 1-2 gloves of fresh Garlic (diced). Note: You only need about 1/4 of each pepper and onion for the rice.
