Who Are These Women? Where to Find Our Products. Mercy Connections Annual Meeting. May 17, 2011. Featuring the handwork of the Chautari group. These items will be for sale at each table to raise funds for the group. Most of these products are hand knit with yarns donated to the organization. Pillow covers, market string bags, baby blankets, baby sweaters, and socks are some examples of what the group has made. Want to have us come to your festival/craft shows?

Who Are These Women? The group of women participating in this project are recently arrived refugees from Nepal and Bhutan. Currently, there are approximately 15 women that are actively involved, but expect to grow as word spreads. As all refugees received by the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program. Do, these women are engaged in English classes and working on settling into northern Vermont life.
