Jersey Shore Journal - Life and Times at the Jersey Shore. Saturday, April 7, 2012. The eggs have been dyed, the Easter cakes made and decorated, most of the side dishes are done and I roasted a leg of lamb Saturday. (7 hour recipe with onion and carrots) Yum! We are having our children and spouses and grandchildren over for dinner and then will take dinner to my parents and brother. I had help dyeing the eggs and making the cake! I need them :). Thursday, October 20, 2005. Kite buggying the outer hebrides. Hmm now here is an advantage of Scottish beaches. There aren't many. But Scottish beaches are empty, meaning that they are incredible for Kite Buggying. This is a sport that I've recently taken up.
