Kit and Kat are a bonded pair of spayed females in need of a new home due to a serious illness in their family. They are around 10 years old. Kit is mostly white with black ears, Kat is mostly black with white markings. Kit and Kat are great girls. Kit is more shy at first, but once she warms up to you she will not leave your side. She crawls up and curls up on your chest or around your neck and sleep. She has an aversion to hair being in a braid for some reason and will try to attack it and nip and tug on your hair. So if you don t mind a random smack on the head when sitting on the couch and then the pull of her biting your hair trying to pull the braid out it can be comical at times. She will also sit right with you at the sink while you are flossing your teeth and help you by head butting you hands and basically trying her best to get in your way. She will nip you if you ignore her when she wants your attention. Kat is more verbal and outgoing. She will also be cautious around new people until she s comfortable. She is the one thatcomes running to the door and right up to you when you get up in the morning and starts talking to you. She will find a way to cuddle in with you whether you want her there or not. She is more playful than her sister. Kat loves to chase the laser pointer and attack it. She will stalk it and pounce it. Kit waits for the laser to come to her and then she will attack it. Kat s favorite place to cuddle is right in your lap or in between your lab and the side of the chair your are sitting in. They are in general good health and are front declawed. They have grown up with children and do not like dogs. Raffles, Maricopa, AZ (June 17, 2014) ADOPTED! Raffles is a four and a half year old black smoke neutered male. He is being rehomed due to no fault of his own. A chatty boy, he's very sweet natured and affectionate. He has lived with cat-friendly dogs and gets along with them. He hasn't lived with other cats but does well when a relative's cat visits. He would probably integrate with other pets after a proper introduction. He is in a good health and has all his claws. He has excellent litterbox habits. To be added to our general interest list for future rescues, submit an adoption application. We have two Yahoo!
