Keskiviikko 29. tammikuuta 2014. Kuten jo edellisessä postauksessani kerroin, olen huomenaamuna lähdössä reissuun, joten siksi paino- ja mittapäivitystä jo tänään. Viime viikolla paino oli pudonnut 800g, joten en suoraan sanottuna odottanut kovin kummoisia tuloksia tältä viikolta. Kaikenlaisia mielitekoja on ollut; milloin on tehnyt mieli pizzaa, milloin suklaata tai sipsejä. Täällä käydään siis melkoista tahtojen taistelua! 68,5 kg - 68,1 kg. Bmi: 26,8 - 26,6. Lauantai 19. huhtikuuta 2014. Moikka ja mukavaa pääsiäisen aikaa! Kun vaan jaksaa sitä jumpata. Mittasin muuten aamulla vatsan haavan ja sillä on mittaa 51 cm! Rinnan alle on tullut hieman punoitusta ja raskausarpia. Nahka on aika piukeella, sen verran on pumpattu täytettä! Yritän nyt kovasti rasvailla ja seurailla tilannetta. Voi olla että tukiliivi vaan on hangannut tuota rinnan alustaa. Olen muuten niin kyllästynyt tuohon tukiliiviin! Kotona käytän kuitenkin sitä virallista tukiliiviä. 668 - 66,6.

Maanantai 31. maaliskuuta 2014. Rikki, mutta niin onnellinen. Olipa kiva yllätys; täällä olikin jo käyty kyselemässä leikkauskuulumia. Joten tässäpä nyt niitä. Sairaalaan mennessä sunnuntai-iltana minulta otettiin verikokeita, keuhkokuvat ja sydänfilmi. Mittailtiin jalat tukisukkia ja varten otettiin "ennen" valokuvat. Lääkäri kävi piirtämässä iholle leikkausmerkintöjä ja varmisteli vielä minkä kokoista rintaa toivon. Esitin toiveen kuppikoon pysymisestä samana. Lisäksi lääkäri lupaili, e...Uuden rinnan ...

Sunnuntai 15. helmikuuta 2015. Jokainen päivä on erityinen. Moikka taas pitkästä aikaan! Painonpudotus projekti junnaa hieman paikoillaan. Salilla olen edelleen käynyt pari kertaa viikossa, mutta muuten on liikunta jäänyt hieman vähäiseksi. Aamulla on laiskottanut ja olen ajellut useimmiten töihin autolla. Jotenkin vaan aamulla klo 7.15 töihin kävellen lähteminen ei ole oikein houkuttanut. Ruoka liittyy usein kivoihin hetkiin ja mukaviin muistoihin. Enkä ole herkuista valmis kokonaan luopumaan.
