Wine and Food: February 2014
http://ninaswineandfood.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Monday, 10 February 2014. This is one of my favorites! Main ingredients are mushrooms-I had dried mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. Also leek and pancetta. Cut sprouts, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast at 430F for 10-15 min. Meanwhile I cooked pancetta in olive oil. Cut mushrooms and leek. My mushrooms were dry, so I soaked them for a while in hot water. Add mushrooms and leek to pancetta. Now mix everything and enjoy! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Wine and Food: July 2013
http://ninaswineandfood.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, 4 July 2013. Virtual travel and Taste-Bordeaux. We are going to start our adventure from Bordeaux, left bank. This is a place where big, matured wines became famous. But they weren't always as big and dark as we know them today. Of course, everything was started by the Romans. They started wine producing here and they started exporting those wines to England. Even Cabernet Sauvignon wasn't known for a while. Most of the grapes were used-Merlot and Cabernet Frank. That are permitted to grow here...

Emozioni alcoliche: Bott Freres Riesling Reserve Personelle 2009
http://emozionialcoliche.blogspot.com/2013/10/bott-freres-riesling-reserve-personelle.html
Vino soprattutto, qualche incursione tennistica e cinematografica. Sabato 5 ottobre 2013. Bott Freres Riesling Reserve Personelle 2009. Iscriviti a Emozioni alcoliche.
