肥仔為食記 (舊版). 為了食尋尋覓覓,好好食,勁難食,同樣難覓。 Wednesday, December 31, 2008. 2 Stanley Market St (Stanley). 黎到都好多人, 等左一陣先有位, 同埋係無人招呼你, 要自己塭位的. 沙嗲牛肉蛋麵﹕牛肉唔係化學牛肉, 係比較有嚼勁那種, 開頭覺得鞋, 但男友話越食越滋味呢! 加上麵係出前一丁, 所以特別正, 加埋隻煎得剛好既蛋, 好食. 西 多士﹕食既第一啖食唔到咖央醬, 感覺似乎有d油淋淋. 但食到有醬果part, 真係好好味呀! 咬落係好好好鬆軟, 唔會太甜, 唔似平時d西多士0甘食完會好滯. 我地坐個位係廚房附近, 見到師父炸之前搽左層好厚好似cream既蛋漿上多士上面. 見到師父都整到無停手, 都真係幾辛苦呢! 凍奶茶﹕茶味香濃, 甜度適中, 很不錯! 之後再加了一個豬扒包, 但質素很一般, 豬扒薄而略鞋, 可以不試. 呢到係唔會有落單的, 只係靠老闆既記憶力. 難得既係一個人可以記晒0甘多檯既order, 唔洗我地出聲都會幫我地催單, 好記性! 奶茶, 夠茶味, 唔太甜, 幾好! 餐蛋麵, 唔錯, 只嫌咸咗啲.
