The English Baroque Choir. We are delighted to host Singing Days when we are joined by guest singers to work together on a selected work. These are very popular, attracting around 100 additional singers to join us for the day. The singing days are led by our very own Jeremy Jackman who has years of experience in running choral workshops. In 2014 we introduced our new commission, John McCabe’s Psalm-Cantata. The English Baroque Choir. Are you a confident singer and a good sight-reader with a well-focused voice? We have vacancies in all voice parts from time to time. We are a friendly group with a very wide age range brought together both by the enjoyment of great music and the shared acceptance of the discipline required to seek very high standards. There are occasional opportunities for smaller ensembles or solo work with the choir. If so, you are welcome to attend a rehearsal before we arrange your audition.
