Grundsätzlich gilt aus Sicht des EuroLSJ-Ansatzes für jeden Europäer: soweit seine Muttersprache an Europäismen beteiligt ist, spricht er mit ihr zugleich im jeweiligen nationalen Dialekt auch Europäisch als Muttersprache.
