Sound Steppers was founded in 2005 with a handful of people who believe that walking will increase one’s health and emotional well-being. We host sanctioned walking events throughout the year that have both 5k (3.1 miles) and 10k (6.2 miles) lengths. We also maintain the walks that are set up all year round (known as “YRE’s”).
