If the VTP is a software project, why. Is there so much information about other tools and technologies on this website? Maintains the VTP website, and writes the software? I run the VTP Software on my own computer? It run on Linux? It run on Mac OS X? Is the license the VTP source code? Is it under the GPL? Can i capture screen output from the VTP (AVI/MPEG movies)? The VTP any image limit? I would like to work with a better resolution, but I found some problems with large images? Does Enviro run so slow?

The VTP distribution contains the libraries, demos, data, and completely open source. For the Virtual Terrain Project. It is written to run on fast Windows or Linux machines with 3D acceleration. To date, there are around 6500 VTP recipients in 130 countries. You will want to have a fast internet connection, as the complete distribution with demo data is around 45 MB. Thats roughly 2 hours with dialup, or 1-5 minutes with broadband. To download, send an email to notify@vterrain.org.
