Bindweed and Knotweed Control. Keep your plans all in one place, a garden journal is a wonderful thing! There are several reasons why you should rotate your crops. First, certain plants deplete the soil and others build nutrients in the soil. Second, it’s supposed to confuse the pests (Ha! Onions, garlic, turnips, carrots, radishes).
