Hafan Croeso is situated at Glanamman in the Amman Valley, a short distance from the town of Ammanford. The facility provides residential care to dementia sufferers to enable carers to go on holiday, go into hospital or simply give them respite from the continual stress of caring. Hafan Croeso has seven rooms, allowing us the opportunity to provide long stay accommodation. Clients have the option of traveling to the Day Centre or remaining at Hafan Croeso.
