Sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir bei GT 4 und GT 5. Wien, 24.04. 2015. 12 Wochen führen zu SVR-Raten über 90%. Es scheint jedoch Unterschiede bei den GT4-Subtypen zu geben. 85 therapienaive und vorbehandelte Patienten nahmen teil. 41 hatten GT5 und 44 GT4. Die SVR12-Rate nach 12 Wochen Therapie lag bei 95% bzw. 93%, wobei auch Patienten mit Zirrhose gut angesprochen hatten. Allerdings erlitten 2/3 Patienten mit Subtyp 4r einen Relaps. Abergel A et al. Die Fixkombination ist zugelassen zur Behandlung aller Genotypen.
