Following the long tradition of IPRM, Compound Semiconductor Week 2014 will begin on Sunday, May 11, with two short courses presented by renowned experts. The first lecture on quantum cascade lasers will be given by Professor Carlo Sirtori of University Paris-Diderot, France.
