The result is a glossy A4 hardback of 196 pages, packed with pictures and stories of the Parish past and present. INSTOW DOES IT AGAIN! Close on the heels of Instow in Bloom's success in the environmental section of the South West Britain in Bloom competition, the village has scooped another top West Country prize.

The Appledore Instow Ferry Group is delighted to announce:-. THE RETURN OF THE APPLEDORE INSTOW FERRY SERVICE. Weather and tide permitting the Service will normally operate daily 2 hours either side of high tide between 8.00am and 9.00pm. The service will operate between the Ferry Slip at Appledore (opposite Johns) and the Quay at Instow. Actual operating times will be advertised in both Appledore and Instow and on the ferry web site at appledoreinstowferry.com. All fares Single Trip:-.
