All JRC direct care staff members are full or part time employees of JRC and are trained by JRC’s training department. JRC offers a highly individualized treatment program that is able to serve students with a wide variety of behavior/conduct/psychiatric/autistic issues, including both students who function at normal cognitive levels and those who function at lower cognitive levels.
