10000 Schweitzer Mountain Road , Sandpoint 83864. From Sandpoint take hwy 95 north. Go 2 miles and turn left on Schweitzer cutoff rd, Go 1/4 mile and turn right on North Boyer ave, go 2 miles and turn Left on Schweitzer Mountain rd, Go 9 miles (up windy mountain rd) to the resort. Park in the main parking lot (gateway lot) and walk through the village past the last ski chairlift. Horses will be near the yurt (round tent). Proudly powered by WordPress.

Prices are per person, plus tax and do not include gratuitys. 1 Hour “Kids” Trail Ride $45 (weekends only). 25 Hour Trail Ride $70 (most popular, beginner friendly). 3 Hour Private Ride $70 per person $90 one time surcharge. Ride Surcharge (one time fee added to entire group total) $90. Two and a half hour. Trail rides are scheduled at 9 am and 1 pm daily. Leaves at 2pm Weekends, and weekdays as horses are available. Average size of group is 6 guest plus a guide. 1 guest = $160. 2 guest = $230.

The staff at Mountain Horse Adventures holds the highest standards of care for our four legged friends. All of our horses are loyal and experienced trail horses who have been treating guests to mountain adventures for several seasons. Family and friends are the working staff at Mountain Horse Adventures. What kind of experience do you need? None is necessary. Some is good, lots is great. For 15 years we have taken all levels of experience out. We have several kid friendly horses. All our horses are rideable by adult first timers. Is there a weight limit? Yes, the horses request that their riders are under 250lbs .
