Adoramus Te, Domine!: November 2013
http://mountgraceconvent.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 11, 2013. Well, 2013 kinda got away from us. just yesterday the trees were budding with fresh green leaves. Today those leaves are golden and red, a crunchy coating on the ground. As far as I know, each day still contains 24 hours, and each year 365 days; how is it that they speed by at such lighting pace? We live in the past: such marvelous memories. Or, we live in the future: such glorious hopes. Meanwhile, the present slips past, quiet and unnoticed. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Ho...

Adoramus Te, Domine!: Smile!
http://mountgraceconvent.blogspot.com/2012/11/smile.html
Wednesday, November 14, 2012. What if sanctity was as simple.or maybe even as difficult as a smile? Think about it: at work you often run into someone you know dislikes you or whom you dislike and you smile at them! Because God dwells in them. Our founder St. Arnold taught us to smile at one another as we pass in the hallways: greeting the Trinity dwelling within the other. Be as easy (or as hard) as smiling. Posted by Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters. That is a uplifting outlook! July 15, 2013 at 3:04 PM.

Adoramus Te, Domine!: April 2012
http://mountgraceconvent.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 14, 2012. Imagine Peter after the Resurrection. I imagine—knowing myself—that although he knew he was forgiven by Jesus for his denial, he was still unable to forgive himself. He did not trust himself and did not feel able to carry out the role Jesus gave him as a “rock” of faith and leader of the Church. 8221; Jesus tells Peter, “Feed my lambs.” “Tend my flock.” “Feed my sheep.”. What is Jesus saying? Posted by Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Holy Spirit Ad...

Adoramus Te, Domine!: July 2012
http://mountgraceconvent.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 28, 2012. More Than You Can Handle? Never be hurried by anything whatever. Nothing can be more pressing the the necessity for you: peace before God. St Elizabeth Ann Seton. I've often heard it said that God never gives us more than we can handle. It's meant to be a comfort; even under a crushing burden, we need to remember that it isn't going to last forever and God provides the grace we need. Katie Davis. Is a reminder of how God's power is made perfect through weakness. Saint Louis, Miss...
