http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2009/03/quick-list.html
Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Wow - what's been going on? On the Leadership Selection Team for PWOC - taking a lot of my time, but am thrilled to see God working. Jaime came up two weeks in a row for a day at a time to visit - we loved seeing her. Same time frame Jasmine had strep throat - she was miserable. Last weekend Jasmine visited Jason at West Point with his family. Best new news Scott will be home on Easter Sunday! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. The diRectory: July 2009
http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 27, 2009. We are getting ready to leave Utah. And I am so excited to finally be going to the place we will call home. At the same time I am breathless thinking of the blessings God has given us through this journey. Jasmine and I left Nebraska weary and wishing we were just going home. We wanted to be with Scott, but really I just wanted to have the whole thing done. But you know what? Once again God showed me that He knows better than me what I need. I have also spent some time reading and ...

The diRectory: February 2009
http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 14, 2009. The winter is past;. Truly, the winter may not be past according to the weather, but it is past for me in the time that Scott and I are apart. And of course, I am thinking of that today on Valentine's Day. To all my dear married friends I encourage you to remember the times you have been apart (since most of you are military, I know you can do that) and think of how you didn't care about the little stuff so much and just wanted to be back together again. Yeah, it's February!

The diRectory: January 2009
http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 15, 2009. Thoughts on Fear, Part 1. I've been thinking about the quote that I have over in the side bar. I was looking for another quote on fear that I like when I found this one and it made me laugh so I used it. But since then I've been pondering it a little more seriously. I wonder if the unknown author knows that there is a secret to Noah's success. Noah could not fail; as long as he followed the plan, he could not fail. He was following the directions of the Master builder. I hope ...

The diRectory: Too much to write
http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2009/06/too-much-to-write.html
Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Too much to write. Well, right now I wish I could write like those people who do that really fast talking. But since I can't I'll do my best to keep this down to something less than the size of a novel. Since Easter Scott has been home from Djibouti, down to NOLA, home for 2 weeks and is now working in Utah. Closing in Bellevue is not until August 7 so we will be like gypsies. ENG 001: Language and Writing: 2007-12-09
http://nickbroers.blogspot.com/2007_12_09_archive.html
ENG 001: Language and Writing. Nick Broers, Nebraska Wesleyan University. Monday, December 10, 2007. In my younger days. As a child, from the time I was born up until the age of 15, if it was summer I was on the river. My father, Stuart, had a very nice ski boat that, not only my family, but many of our friends would go out on in their boats also. We also went out North on the Missouri River. Navy, Air Force, or Marines they were all my heroes. Long before 9/11. 8220; It’s Good To Be Us. When I was a you...

The diRectory: Long time, no see
http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2009/05/long-time-no-see.html
Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Long time, no see. This will be short and sweet; I hope to add more soon. . Today is our 25th anniversary! Can you believe it? Personally I think we are too young to have been married so young. Scott has been home from Djibouti and is now in NOLA - he will be back and forth for awhile. We sold the house today and will begin the search for a new home in Nebraska. Jasmine graduates next week, prom and district track meets are this weekend. Watch for pics to be added. Courage, it wou...

The diRectory: November 2008
http://d-rector-y.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 29, 2008. Step 1: Figuring it out - Those of you who don't know me well would probably be amazed at the amount of time it took me to get this going. those of who know me. well, I will leave it for you to decide what you would think. Step 2: Laying it out - It definitely looked simple, deceptively so. and since every time. I worked on it I was at home alone (a more and more common occurrence. I had to struggle through alone -whew, I think the problem is so many choices. I thank my God i...
