Harness Creek Vineyards: Let the harvesting begin!!!
http://harnesscreekvineyards.blogspot.com/2009/09/let-harvesting-begin.html
Monday, September 14, 2009. Let the harvesting begin! Today we harvested the Chardonnay and Merlot. The Chardonnay got up to 19.5 brix, so Bob suggested Champagne. This will be a first at HCV, so definitely something worth celebrating! The Merlot is getting crushed as we speak, so let's hope things go smoothly:). Prepping the Grapes for Transport.
