Voyages of Ocean Explorer. Is a Valiant 39 sailboat. It was built in 1996 in Gordonville, Texas and was commissioned in its home port of Manitowoc, Wisconsin in August of 1996. It has subsequently cruised throughout the Great Lakes, down the St. Lawrence River and into the St. Lawrence Estuary to the base of the Gaspe Peninsula. The purpose of this website is to describe Ocean Explorer. And to document its voyages. In addition, we will describe additional voyages taken by Ocean Explorer's.
