Monday, June 23, 2014. Okay, so blogging really isn't something I can keep up with daily. I had high hopes, but rest assured I have been taking some pictures so I will post them when I find my camera, which I'm sure is in Wendell's car. Friday, June 10, 2011. My baby sister Ashlee was flown to University Hospital in Salt Lake late Tuesday night. She was 27 weeks pregnant and her water had broken earlier that day. An ultrasound revealed some complicated and life-threatening problems for the baby so she was transferred asap. This condition is so very rare, Ashlee's pregnancy is now a case study up there. Friday, June 13, 2014. Day 4 - Sydney's birthday. Sydney's birthday started off with breakfast at OPH, as they call themselves, or Original Pancake House. We had the buttermilk pancakes, and the birthday girl had french toast. Boy, was it delish! We also went to the local mall, which is a thousand times bigger than ours in Logan. At least it seemed that way. And no, I'm not talking about the Mall of America which some of you are anxious to hear about. That will be in a few days. For The Love Of Mel.

Friday, June 13, 2014. After dinner we went over to my sister's apartment where there is a tiny little "lake" with a walking trail around it. We took the kids for a walk to wear them out. It was so beautiful. We saw rabbits, turtles and lots of cool birds. Most of all we saw a kazillion mosquitos making a meal out of us. sick. Monday, June 30, 2014. Our team's service project: packing food for a charity that takes food to starving children. Similar charity to the 5K we did, but not the same. After the service project we went to the Mall of America to do the theme park. Here's a few more pictures from that fun. I thought these hugging pictures were so cute! Wednesday, May 11, 2011. No rhyme or reason. Since I'm so far behind in my blogging, I think I'll just do random updates as I find pictures - or as I remember fun things we've done. Monday, June 13, 2011. Sydney turned 9 yesterday. She asked for a small camera of her own. My first thought was "yeah, right! But Wendell worked his magic and found a sweet deal on a very small basic camera for her. She LOVED it, and spent most of the afternoon taking pictures. Thursday, July 7, 2011. Why is it that nobody in my family can stand a clean toilet or countertop? I have been enjoying doing yardwork. I wish I had about twice the muscle and 10x the designing skill so I could make it beautiful. Took my kids to the dentist and now they are making me pay for flouride treatment I didn't request.
