It's so lovely to be able to finally talk about it. :) It's funny, perhaps when you are starting your own family, it makes you think more about your own history and family, so when an email came in from Canadian illustrator Eva Juliet. Autumnal adoration and adornments. One rainy saturday, a group of us went for a walk in broxbourne woods. Not a real stag). Then last weekend, the boy and i drove out of london and had a walk around the westonbirt arboretum. I typed in something along the lines of 'i want to see autumn colours! And then i wanted a little bit of autumn at home. first, collect your leaves. Then thread them onto a bit of cotton (going through the fleshy stem makes them a bit sturdier and more likely to stay in place).
