Wednesday, 4 November 2009. I have some cards to show but not on here LOL. I started a new blog around this time last year solely as a show case for my cards, posted 3 cards I think and never went back LOL. TomMe Cards. Is now up and running. Needs a lot of work but will have to wait till after Christmas. I have a card party today and am just off to take some pics of my table. Hopefully by this evening it will be virtually empty hahaha. Tuesday, 26 May 2009. Of the several cards I've made this week. One is very simple but, I hope, effective merely using some 'strokable' (cardmakers will know what I mean lol) paper which I glittered and a couple of butterflies. The other is a stamped and painted one. I am trying very hard to improve my colouring but it's not consistent. Some days good. some days bad. lol. Thursday, 21 May 2009. Tuesday, 19 May 2009. Friday, 6 February 2009. A very unusual occurence in Surrey but we had REAL snow LOL. It was quite deep - 15" on my table in the garden. While the rest of the world find it amazing that we don't cope very well with snow we have to remember that it's 18 years since we last had deep snow. Monday, 2 February 2009. Monday, 11 January 2010. How did that happen? Happy New Year everyone. Where does the time go? We had a busy lead up to Christmas with birthdays and parties so no blogging got done but lots of cards got made some of which will be posted here. Very shortly. I must show you here my absolute favourite birthday card - made of course by my darling granddaughter. I also have photos of some of the beautiful hand made Christmas cards we received from friends.
