FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY . Here are some suggestions for what you could do when you visit the canal. Enjoy a quiet walk along the towpath. Taking the family for a walk. Have a picnic at Canal Head. The picnic site is opposite the Wellington Oak on the A 1079. There are two car parks nearby and Top Lock is just beyond the second car park. The PCAS Information Centre is usually open on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Do have a look at the display boards describing the heritage and wildlife of the Pocklington Canal.
