Monday, January 30, 2012. Day 262 - 8 and a half months. So, Feb is just a day away and I plan on making exercise a daily routine. I have lost 66 pounds since I began this journey! 66 pounds lighter and I feel fabulous! Gotta keep pushing and keep the end goal in mind, I can see it though! Pictures of some meals.

Thursday, September 1, 2011. Day 111 - Sept. 1st. This is an amazing fact and I am so thankful that I have found something that finally works! I found out she hadn’t seen. Imagine) so we watched that while we waited for the ice cream to finish. Before you get started. These instructions are written for using a Kitchen Aid ice cream maker. You need to freeze the bowl at least 24 hours in advance, and make the base of the ice cream the day before.

Phase 1 Poonified protein chocolate cupcakes. By Cintia P. and made a few tweaks. Before you get started. I’m working with carbalose flour. Total cost if you have. Available from the Ontario Nutrition Store. 42 g protein powder, I used Pure Protein vanilla 100% whey powder. 7 g cocoa powder. 4 g pure vanilla.

How I did it. My weight loss story. Saturday, June 30, 2012. A cover up. That folks is progress! Self portrait on the beach:). Jules braving the obstacle course. Jules riding solo.
