    Forgot your login or password? COTT Performance Ownership Process (POP). Cott Performance Ownership Process, otherwise known as Cott POP is a key part of our Operations Strategy. It is the basis of our journey to create a culture of ownership… a way of doing business; one in which we get as many associates as possible directly involved in making COTT a better company. It is the COTT Way of operating… how we show recognition, how we solve challenges, make improvements and conduct business. The Cott Performance Ownership Process (POP) is designed to reward the behaviors that strengthen a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. POP points are awarded for Going The Extra Mile, Team Participation, Exceptional Performances, Submitting Ideas, Extra Training, Perfect Attendance, Safe Operation, Milestone Anniversaries and Volunteering. POP is the integration of the Power Award and C-way Programs. It’s the POP Way! How Do You Earn Points? Management and Peer to Peer Recognition of POP Principles in practice, going above and beyond expectations or exceptional performance. Supervisor or HR Rep. Points are awarded to Team Members when the project is completed and the recommendations are presented to the Site Steering Team. Team presents recommendation to management team. Points are awarded to the Team Leader when the project is completed and recommendations are presented to the Site Steering Team. Team presents recommendation to stie management team. Points will be awarded twice a year for perfect attendance by a Manufacturing Hourly associate during the 6 month periods of Jan. (Meaning: NO unscheduled time off during a 6 month period). Points awarded to any associate upon completion of non-mandated training. Points awarded to associate upon completion of Accredited Degree or Professional Certification. Points awarded on a monthly basis for individual and team safety goals. See Safety Points Chart. Up to 12,900 per associate. Points awarded to associates for approved ideas that impact a Continuous Improvement category of COST, VOLUME, PERFORMANCE, QUALITY OR SAFETY. Points awarded for participation in a company sponsored community/volunteer event. Points awarded in December of year Service Milestone is celebrated. 5,000 per 5 Years of Service.
