Being the sweetie of a husband he is , he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted! Sunday, July 13, 2008. Well I had such a craving for donuts I made them hehe. 3/4 c luke warm water. 3/4 cup milk scalded. 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups flour. Add yeast to water. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Turn onto floured surface and knead until silky. Place is large greased bowl for about 1 1/2 hours. Then punch down let raise about for 55mins. roll out and cut into circles.Let rise the last time for 30-40 mins. Makes 1 1/2 dozen. Those donuts look yummy! I cheat when i make them. lol.
