Tom Miller's Bike Log. Thursday, February 05, 2009. I'm hoping Laura and the pup. Come out to a bunch of races this summer. She recently purchased a new camera and has been taking some great pix. She promised that she's going to come shoot at a bunch of races this year. Hopefully her and Dana. Who is going to be shooting our wedding this summer, can hook up and shoot together. Dana knows how to get it done behind the lens. You can't have a blog post w/o a photo, so her you go:. Other stuff I read.

Tom Miller's Bike Log: September 2008
http://tomsbikelog.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Tom Miller's Bike Log. Tuesday, September 09, 2008. Time for an update. I made a deal with Dana Schoppe that if she sent me some pictures from the last race, I would update my blog (for the first time in 11 months). Dana does a fantastic job of preserving memories at these events. Anyone competing in MTB races in Minnesota should check out her website. Besides losing focus, here are a few of the other reasons why my XC bike is going slow this year:. Taking care of Riley. Links to this post.

Tom Miller's Bike Log: January 2007
http://tomsbikelog.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
Tom Miller's Bike Log. Monday, January 29, 2007. Training is still going quite well for now. What am I doing different this year, you might ask? In the last few months I have put a strong focus on areas where I have lacked in the past. First off, I've changed my diet significantly. What else will help me ride faster this year? I think my new Top Fuel 9.9 will help out. It's 3 lbs lighter than my fuel 98 from last year. Maybe I can each that extra piece of cheesecake after all. Links to this post. There w...

Brendan's Bike Blog: August 2013
http://brendansbikeblog.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 19, 2013. Making the tough decisions. First the good. I think I still have some fast in my legs, as I finally broke 38 min at a Murphy TT. That is the fastest it has ever been done and a good sign that my legs and high end are there even w/ the frequency of racing down. If you haven't been to a Murphy TT, come on out for a great time with free beer, pop and food after! I got this from Mike Pfeiffers GPS (he finished strong and looked the best of anyone! Will I go back? No way. I think ...

Tom Miller's Bike Log. Tuesday, February 03, 2009. HWood had the lead for the whole race until flatting at the end. Chuck Norrie and I had some good battles throughout. Some folks probably thought I was mad about getting blocked out by Chuck on the last lap. I wasn't. It was good racing and I couldn't get around him w/o totally knocking him over. The race was well run by the Penn folks. Your looking freddy. ( Fast and ready)nice work man! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Other stuff I read.

Monday, March 10, 2014. FBB and Fat Bike Season Wrap. The blog is not dead.just less, well practically no, time for it! Wolf Tooth Components has taken all my spare and not spare time. Anyway, I started the Fat Bike season with 5 races locally on mostly single track trails. I probably didn't run above 5 PSI in any of those races.the snow has been DEEP! It is always an honor to race with a legend. On equipment, the 9:Zero:7 Whiteout. And I couldn't ask for a better racing and riding Fat Bike! View my comp...

Brendan's Bike Blog: September 2013
http://brendansbikeblog.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 27, 2013. I have not fallen off the face of the racing scene as one racer suggested to me last weekend at Chequamegon 100! I finished out the season exactly how I wanted to with 2 really fun race weekends.=) I also ended up with around 25 races on the year. right where I wanted to be. After MDH100, I did a weekday off road time trial (at Murphy Hanrehan) and my time was the same as before MDH so I was pretty sure I avoided any detrimental effects from the heat. We lined up on a crisp mo...
