Ma spesso non è facile decidere su temi tecnici. Scelte energetiche (nucleare sì o no? Il rischio che tutti corriamo in questi casi è che la decisione venga presa con criteri che sono lontani dalla scienza, oppure che sia delegata a tecnici , i famosi esperti , oppure, ancora peggio, in base ad argomenti emotivi facilmente pilotabili.
