Una delle piacevolezze dell’inverno è sorseggiare calde tisane morbidamente distese sul nostro accogliente divano e magari (si fa ma non si dice! Ben avvolte sotto una calda copertina della nonna…. Sia ancora più soddisfacente accompagnare questa faticosissima attività con uno dei nostri hobby preferiti, beh questa è una cosa che sanno solo le persone che l’hanno provato! Filato a piacere (io ho usato acrilico).

La Sfogliata di Finale Emilia - detta anche Torta degli Ebrei o in dialetto Tibùia - è un prodotto esclusivamente artigianale che nasce nella prima metà del '600 all'interno della comunità ebraica di Finale Emilia e giunge fino a noi in una versione rivisitata che viene fatta risalire al 1860 circa.
