Rosalie’s Banana-Mango Cake. 2 ¼ cups flour. 1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar. 1 ½ tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 188; tsp nutmeg. 189; butter or margarine. 1 cup mashed ripe bananas. 189;-1 cup cubed mango. 2 eggs (well beaten). 190; cup sour milk (milk small amount vinegar let stand for 5 mins before adding). May take more or less time if made in a gas oven in Zambia with difficult to control temperature. Two types of Mangos. View my complete profile.
