The greatest WordPress.com site in all the land! Boil eggs and peel. Cut in half and scoop out yolk. In a bowl, mash yolk and mix in a little mayo, spicy brown mustard and pepper. You can add chopped pickle or green onion as well. I don’t measure, I just do it to consistency. But I use very little mayo. Stuff the egg with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. February 10, 2014. It’s one of those weeks where I really needed something yummy, so I tried it out and it was pretty good! I would def be careful with how much Greek yogurt you use, I think I may have used too much. What you’ll need:. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Garlic salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 375. Coat chicken in a thin layer of yogurt.
