More Cattle in Mozambique Hit by FMD. MOZAMBIQUE - The country's veterinary authorities have reported two new outbreaks of foot and mouth disease, affecting cattle. The World Organisation for Animal Health received follow-up report no.3 yesterday, 28 December. The outbreaks have occured in two villages (Munhuana and Mangandlane) in Maputo.
