Where we are now. Where we are now. 1 September – in Hawkesbury for the weekend of 2-5 September. We will be fully stocked by 10.00am Friday morning 2 September. We have a 2 new cheese – (1) a soft type cheese in a wooden crate which you put in the oven on Mark 3 for 20 minutes then dip crusty bread or crackers in the melted cheese. Absolutely scrummy.
