The dates and venues of these meetings are published periodically with the minutes and are permanently displayed on our Web Site (look under Event Calendar - Meetings). The meetings usually start at 1030 hours and continue to about 1500 hours. A buffet lunch is provided. Guests may be invited to attend the meetings with prior approval.
