Http:/ www.homebloggerhk.com/? 小妹行年28, 公營機構工作, 月薪3.3萬, 先生29嵗,以前做教書,上年學校不續約,現失業以前人工$34000,他不時做代課,收入不穩. 我們一直把70%人工儲蓄,加上先生持家及投資有道,現已有兩物業。 本有現已有一間估價6.8M樓 收緊$29000租,加按後供$16200 (mortgage 3.85m net 2.15% 26年) (舊自住樓). 仲有間新買o既樓估價3.4m 剛放租中, 估可租$13000供$6100(半年前買入2.7m唔簽consent). 所有物業都係父母名持有,年時已高, 加按後年期較短及成數較低, 在下和先生加按後保留清白之軀! 7000 (high yield leveraged) – $2000(供樓) = $5000. 一百既債券跌到六十幾， private banker.
